3. Age Verification (18+)

6. Bonuses & Promotions

• Unless stated otherwise, all bonuses carry a Wagering Requirement that must be fulfilled before associated funds become withdrawable.

• pk58 reserves the right to void or suspend any bet or wager where there is evidence of match-fixing, price manipulation, or integrity concerns relating to the relevant event or game.
• In the event of a technical failure during a live betting event, pk58 will use reasonable endeavours to settle bets in line with the outcome at the time of interruption, or void the relevant bets at its discretion.

8. Prohibited Conduct

11. Limitation of Liability

• pk58's maximum aggregate liability to any User shall not exceed the total real-money deposits made by that User in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits pk58's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

12. Account Suspension & Termination

pk58 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any Account at any time for the following reasons, among others:

• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe following request.
